RESET90

RESET90 is a new, 90-day, coach-led nutrition and habit program designed to help you build consistency, feel more confident in your routine, and create habits that last beyond the program.

RESET 90 is a 90-day performance-based nutrition and accountability program led by Balance Trainer Laquita Carr. It is  designed to teach you how to fuel your workouts and sustain results.

This Is For You If:

  • · You train consistently but feel under-fueled

  • · You want structure without restriction

The program is led by Coach Laquita, a seasoned fitness professional with years of experience guiding clients toward healthier, more sustainable lifestyles. Her coaching is practical, personalized, and results-driven — focused on helping you make progress you can actually maintain.

While RESET90 is designed to be flexible and largely remote, the accountability is intentionally high and often feels similar to a 1:1 coaching experience. You’ll receive ongoing guidance, check-ins, and support throughout the full 90 days.

What’s included:

  • Weekly nutrition and habit education (food + fitness)

Kettlebell Fundamentals Workshop

Kettlebell Fundamentals Workshop

Kettlebells are one of the most versatile tools in the gym, but only if you know how to use them well.

On Saturday 1/24 from 12:00–1:00pm, I am leading a Kettlebell Fundamentals workshop. This 60-minute session is focused on learning the basics that make everything else work — positioning, breathing, and the key movements that show up again and again in training.

I have trained with kettlebells for 8+ years and uses them daily in my own training and coaching. This workshop will be coached the same way I coach on the floor: slowing things down, focusing on quality, and helping you understand why each movement matters.

This session is ideal if you:

  • Want to feel more confident using kettlebells

  • Have used them before but never learned proper fundamentals

  • Want to move better, not just lift heavier

  • Are looking for strength that carries over beyond the gym

You’ll leave with simple cues, a clearer understanding of the movements, and tools you can apply immediately in classes or training.

The cost of attendance is simply a class!  Use your current class plan or drop in for the base rate of $25.

This is an exclusive invitation as it has not yet been communicated via social media or newsletter. If this sounds like something you’d benefit from, we’d love to have you join us.

Only 16 spot are available to keep the coaching hands-on.

* 1 hour follow up appointment to check on progress and get next steps in the protocol ($150 value)
* Cost of the GI Map test is not included and is paid by the client when ordering ($416)

Testimonial: “I have spent years dealing with chronic constipation, acid reflux, bloating, headaches and stubborn weight loss despite eating right and training hard. I have seen countless doctors and GI docs and have only been prescribed band aids that have long term side effects like omeprazole and miralax. I tried all the things I’ve read about - from collagen to bone broth to probiotics to juice cleanses and nothing has ever helped my symptoms. Doing the GI MAP stool test with Susan was the best money I have ever spent on myself – I finally got real answers and a plan that reversed my symptoms – my test showed I had h pylori, SIBO, histamine intolerance, low digestive enzymes and trouble with gluten. The test even showed me I was super low in the GLP-1 producing bacteria that help with a healthy metabolism. Within one week on my nutrition and supplements plan, my headaches and bloating were gone; within one month of my plan, my reflux and constipation were gone and my body composition finally started to shift. I only wish I had met Susan sooner!” -Carrie T
