Kettlebell Fundamentals: Part 2 builds on the foundation established in Part 1 and continues to develop skill, confidence, and control with the kettlebell.
This 60-minute session on Saturday, February 21st from 12:00–1:00pm will begin with a brief review of bracing, the two-handed clean, and the two-handed swing, then progress into single-arm variations to challenge stability, coordination, and control. We’ll also introduce the kettlebell windmill, a powerful drill for core strength, shoulder stability, and mobility.
This workshop blends coaching and movement, allowing you to refine technique while continuing to train with intention.
Didn’t attend Part 1? You’re still welcome — key concepts will be reviewed and movements coached and scaled appropriately.
