A snapshot look at your health and performance. This 75 minute session combines our comprehensive Fitness Assessment, Technogym Check-Up and coach consultation to understand where you are today. You’ll leave with some wellness metrics, movement insights, and suggested next steps towards creating a roadmap for how to train more effectively going forward.

Guest passes are added every monthly billing cycle which and can be used to sign up. a new friend for 1 group fitness class, bring them to open gym or both in the same day.
Fit 1 & 2 receive 1 pass monthly and Fit 3 & 4 receive 2 passes.
Unused passes are forfeited but replenish the following month.
