GROUP FITNESS

Our trainers teach our Classes. They are experts at making everyone feel comfortable and providing modifications for all levels; our music is motivating and our classes are spirited, challenging and fun.

At Balance, our trainers help you get your best workout by correcting your form and offering personal encouragement. This environment allows you to build a relationship with your instructor and meet new motivating people. We offer a wide variety of classes spanning Strength, Conditioning, Barre, Yoga, Pilates and more. Each with the goal of preparing your body to tackle whatever it is you do outside the gym.

Small Group Training (SGT) is also a part of our group fitness offerings. Our SGT sessions are designed to improve motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall health - regardless of your experience level! With SGT, you will get a superior workout experience while building relationships with the trainer and your fellow community members (which will help to increase personal accountability).

Each session will be limited to 6 people MAX - that limit will be honored so you will always be in a small group. The small group structure will ensure that your trainer will tailor training to your individual needs. There will be time to make adjustments, improve technique, and answer questions. Our hope is that this small group format will provide the motivation that will keep you coming back and achieving your goals!

PILATES REFORMER

At Balance Life, we create a space where movement, strength, and balance come together. Our full-service Pilates studio welcomes both beginners and experienced movers with daily classes, private sessions, and semi-private instruction.

Group classes (SGT) are offered daily and can be reserved through the group fitness schedule. With just six Balanced Body Reformers, class sizes stay small, giving you the support you need to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

For a more personalized approach, Private and Semi-Private sessions are available by appointment and are perfect for tailoring your practice to your unique goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Balance’s experienced trainers care personally about each and every client. From kids to grandparents, novices to professional athletes, our trainers help every client who walks through our doors to discover their true potential and to overcome challenges.

At Balance we believe it’s not just how you look, but how you function and and how you feel that is important. Your trainer will customize each personal training session to fit your goals and can include your preferred blend of mobility, core work, agility training, strength training, corrective exercises and cardio. To keep you motivated and inspired, we cherry pick from various fitness modalities to prepare your body to tackle whatever it is you do outside the gym. 

Personal training is available on a private one-on-one basis or in a semi-private and small group setting. This training can be booked in increments of 30 or 45 minutes; however, custom durations are available. 

Clients new to Balance or Personal Training can purchase an introductory pack of 2 - 45 minute sessions to get started.
