RESET 90 is a 90-day performance-based nutrition and accountability program led by Balance Trainer Laquita Carr. It is designed to teach you how to fuel your workouts and sustain results.

The program is led by Coach Laquita, a seasoned fitness professional with years of experience guiding clients toward healthier, more sustainable lifestyles. Her coaching is practical, personalized, and results-driven — focused on helping you make progress you can actually maintain.
While RESET90 is designed to be flexible and largely remote, the accountability is intentionally high and often feels similar to a 1:1 coaching experience. You’ll receive ongoing guidance, check-ins, and support throughout the full 90 days.

In-person kickoff with goal setting, Technogym Check-Up and MyFitnessPal setup
Weekly nutrition and habit education (food + fitness)

Mid-point in-person check-in & Technogym Check Up for Body Composition
Closing in-person meeting & “Fitness Quest”
Final Technogym Check-Up in at the end of 3 months
