Stress–Recovery Check (RESTQ-Sport)
Over the last 3 days, how often did each statement apply to you? Choose one answer per row on a 0–6 scale (0 = Never, 6 = Always). Your results are shown on-screen only and are not saved.
This tool is inspired by the RESTQ framework but uses original item wording. It is designed for education and coaching—not for diagnosis.
How to Interpret Your Scores
Recovery Avg ≥ 3.5 = solid recovery habits. Stress Avg ≤ 3.0 = manageable load. Your Balance Index (Recovery − Stress) shows overall state:
- +1.0 or higher: strong recovery buffer — keep current routine.
- 0 to +1.0: balanced — continue monitoring, small tune-ups only.
- −0.5 to 0: mild fatigue — prioritize rest, nutrition, sleep.
- below −0.5: non-functional load — consider deload week, relaxation, or stress-management focus.
Reassess weekly and look for consistent upward or downward shifts over time rather than a single snapshot.
