A lot of people work hard in the gym without ever truly understanding how to move well, create strength, or feel confident in what they’re doing. This workshop is designed to change that.

Strength Foundations is a hands-on workshop focused on helping you better understand your body, improve movement quality, and build a stronger foundation for training — both inside and outside the gym. Together, we’ll break down key strength training principles, including bracing, hinging, squatting, pushing, pulling, and carrying in a way that feels approachable, practical, and immediately applicable.

This isn’t about crushing yourself with an intense workout. It’s about learning the why behind movement, developing better awareness, and building the kind of confidence that carries over into every session moving forward.

Whether you’re newer to strength training, feeling stuck in your progress, or simply wanting to feel more capable and intentional in the gym, you’ll leave with tools, coaching cues, and a clearer understanding of how to train smarter — not just harder.
