Strong, efficient running starts before the first step. In this workshop, you’ll learn how proper warm-ups, mobility, activation, and movement mechanics can improve running performance and overall athleticism. We’ll focus on building better coordination, stability, power, and movement efficiency to help you run stronger, move better, and stay more resilient.
Whether you’re training for performance, returning to running, or simply looking to become a more athletic runner, this session will provide practical tools you can immediately apply before training and on race day. Expect hands-on drills, movement preparation exercises, and coaching cues designed to help you feel more explosive, efficient, and ready to run.
