📍 May 3 @ 10AM

If you’ve ever wanted to feel smoother, faster, and more efficient when you run—this is for you.

This 2-part workshop is designed to break down the fundamentals of running and sprinting in a way that actually makes sense (and feels good in your body). Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend runner, or just looking to move better, you’ll learn how to build speed from the ground up.

We’ll start with the essentials—posture, arm action, and key running mechanics—then gradually layer in sprint-specific work like acceleration, tempo running, and top-end speed.

Each session includes:

  • Full body mobility + activation

  • Dynamic warm-up

  • Plyometric drills

  • Running mechanics breakdown

  • Tempo runs + build-up sprints

  • Real-time coaching + feedback

The goal isn’t just to get a great workout—it’s to help you understand how to run better. You’ll leave with drills, cues, and tools you can immediately apply to your own training.

All levels welcome.
Come ready to move, learn, and maybe even surprise yourself a little.
