This isn’t another fluffy “self-care” session or a list of tips you’ve already heard a thousand times. This workshop is designed for middle – aged women who are ready for strategies that truly create momentum—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

In this interactive, empowering session, we’ll break down 10 evidence-backed, doable hacks that help women navigate the unique challenges of midlife: shifting hormones, changing energy levels, evolving identities, and the pressure of caring for everyone else while trying to prioritize yourself. These aren’t theoretical ideas—they’re practical, high-impact tools that fit into real lives.

The women I see in my practice are more informed than ever, but also more overwhelmed thanever (thank you Instagram!) My goal is to help quiet the noise and to share the science backed tools that move the needle the most on middle aged anxiety, sleep, brain fog, hormones, and body composition.
