Youth Performance Camp (Grades 5–7)
Our Youth Performance Camp is designed for middle school athletes who want to stay active, build confidence, and develop their athletic foundation during the off-season.
Throughout the week, athletes will train using a well-rounded performance model that focuses on speed, agility, strength, coordination, and recovery. Each day highlights a different aspect of athletic development, helping athletes become faster, stronger, and more resilient while also learning how to take care of their bodies.
This camp emphasizes quality movement, smart training habits, and long-term athletic development. Athletes will participate in structured training sessions, engaging games, and guided recovery work — all led by experienced coaches in a positive, high-energy environment.
In addition to training, athletes will gain exposure to important topics such as injury prevention, recovery strategies, and athlete mindset, helping them develop as well-rounded competitors both on and off the field.
This is the perfect off-season opportunity for young athletes who want to move well, train smart, and build a strong foundation for their sport.
